They also focus on strategic planning, contracting and procurement, logistics, and SAP materials management. During his collegiate career, Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Language Studies from Thames Valley University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Leicester.
